Get Paid for
What You Already Do.

Wins, clips, a real following — and no packaged way to show a brand any of it. Two ways to fix that: apply to the managed roster, or hire me directly and build it yourself.

The two options

Option A Free to you · Selective

The Roster

Char Media represents a very short list of athletes. Brands pay me; you don't. I source deals, negotiate them, and handle the business side so you can go ride.

  • Costs you nothing, ever. I earn a commission on deals I bring you.
  • You approve every deal. Nobody signs anything on your behalf.
  • Content production included for represented athletes
  • Media kit built for you, with the numbers brands actually ask for
  • Four spots for 2026. One is filled.

Content Packages

Not everyone needs a manager. Some of you just need content that doesn't look like it was filmed by your friend on a phone. Hire me directly and own it — for your feed and your pitch.

  • Session — from $850. Half day, you on camera, 8 vertical cuts
  • Monthly — from $1,500/mo. Two sessions, continuous output
  • You own it for your channels and to pitch sponsors. No commission, no contract past the month.
  • If a brand wants to run this footage in their own paid ads, that's a separate license — just ask.
  • Includes the media-kit stills sponsors ask for
  • Available to any discipline, any follower count

Which One
Are You?

Apply to the roster if…

  • You're winning, placing, or progressing at something measurable
  • You post consistently and your engagement is real
  • You want someone else handling the brand emails
  • You can wait. I review applications monthly and most get a no.

Buy a content package if…

  • You want assets now, not a relationship
  • You're pitching sponsors yourself and your footage is the weak link
  • You're building toward roster-level and you know it
  • You'd rather own everything outright

Doing the paid version doesn't buy you a roster spot, and I won't pretend otherwise. It does mean I've seen you work — which has never hurt anyone.

How It
Actually Works.

01

You Apply

Handles, numbers, results. Ten minutes.

02

I Look at Real Numbers

Not follower count. Engagement, watch time, who's actually watching, and whether that audience matches anyone I can sell to.

03

Straight Answer

If it's a fit, we talk. If it isn't, you get a no with the reason. Under 18 means a parent or guardian signs with you.

04

You Get to Work

Media kit built, deals sourced, contracts read before you sign them.

What I take: a standard commission on deals I source. Nothing on deals you already had. Nothing out of your pocket, ever. Exact terms in writing before either of us signs.

The Numbers
Brands Ask For.

Every brand that's ever said "send us your media kit" wants the same nine things. Most athletes can't produce six of them. Here's the checklist, plus a media-kit template you can fill in tonight.

Also the fastest way to get your roster application taken seriously — it's the same nine numbers.

Free 20-Minute
Athlete Consult.

You don't have to be roster material and you don't have to buy anything. I'll look at your account, tell you what's actually stopping brands from paying you, and tell you what I'd fix first.

  • What your numbers say to a brand — and which ones they'll ask for that you're not tracking
  • Whether your footage or your pitch is the weak link. Usually it's the pitch.
  • What your discipline realistically pays at your size, so you stop under-charging
  • Straight answer on whether the roster is a fit — and if it isn't, why not

I do these because most athletes get their first sponsorship advice from someone selling them something. This is me not doing that.

I'll go through your account before we talk — that's most of the value.

Four Spots for 2026

One Is Filled.

I take on up to four athletes at a time because doing it properly takes real hours. If you think you're the next one, tell me why. Not sure yet? Take the free consult first.
