[ For Brands ]

Content That
Moves Product.

Char Media works with moto, snow, and outdoor brands — gear, parts, bikes, sleds, apparel, retail, drinks. If the product gets used outside, I'll shoot it outside.

Who This Is For

  • Your content looks amateur next to competitors who clearly hired someone
  • You have 2k–1M followers and content is the bottleneck, not the product
  • You're tired of feeding paid social the same three recycled assets
  • You'd rather have one operator on-site than a five-person crew invoice
  • You can move on a decision without a six-week committee

Not a fit: brands who need a studio, a full crew, or 40 SKUs shot on white seamless. That's a different company, and I'll tell you which one.

Production

One Day.
A Full Set of Cuts.

Find out if this works before you commit to a campaign.

One shoot day, one location, full kit. I show up, we shoot the product doing its job, and you get back a hero cut plus the vertical set your ads actually run on. No crew invoice, no three-week pre-production. No creative brief needed on your end — no in-house coordination. You approve a concept; I handle the rest.

  • Up to 8 hours on location, anywhere in Utah
  • One hero cut, 45–90 seconds
  • Six vertical cuts, 9:16, ad-ready
  • 20+ stills pulled from motion
  • First selects within 48 hours, final delivery in 10 business days
  • You own the finals. Raw files on request.
From $3,500 Travel outside Utah billed at cost — ask about SoCal windows.
Creator Content & UGC

Ads That Don't
Look Like Ads.

Content your audience trusts because it isn't obviously an ad.

Native, first-person, rider-shot content made by athletes who genuinely ride your category — not a UGC marketplace actor holding your product in a kitchen. I brief the athlete, direct the shoot, and hand you a batch built for paid social, not a highlight reel.

  • 12 native vertical assets per batch
  • Shot by a roster athlete in your category
  • Scripted hooks, three variants per concept, built for testing
  • Paid-media usage rights included, 12 months
  • Whitelisting available on the athlete's handle
  • Turnaround: 3 weeks from brief
  • + 5 paid-ad caption sets, written to match each hook
  • + A 30-day posting calendar so the batch doesn't sit in a folder
From $2,500 Per batch. Athlete fees included in scope.
Campaign & Brand Film

The Full Arc.
Cut for Every Placement.

One shoot, every placement covered — nothing shot twice.

Multi-day, multi-location. Product launches, season openers, athlete-led campaigns. Built as one story and delivered as fifteen assets, because that's how it actually gets used.

  • 2–4 shoot days, location scouting included
  • Hero film, 60 seconds to 3 minutes
  • 12+ platform cuts across 9:16, 1:1, 16:9
  • Athlete casting from the roster, or bring your own
  • Stills package for retail, email, and packaging
  • Delivery in 4–6 weeks
From $7,500 Ongoing retainers from $3,500/mo — a standing shoot day plus continuous social output. Three-month minimum, then rolling.

Real Numbers,
Before the Call.

So you can decide whether to spend twenty minutes talking to me.

Campaign & brand film$7,5002–4 days4–6 weeks

Every number above is a floor, not a quote. Scope, travel, athlete fees, and usage rights move it. Tell me the budget you actually have and I'll tell you straight whether it buys what you want — including when it doesn't.

If a Content Day doesn't produce at least 6 usable, ad-ready assets, I reshoot at no charge — once, no questions.

If a Campaign doesn't produce at least 8 usable, ad-ready assets from the fifteen, I reshoot the affected days at no charge — once, no questions.

Solo means real limits on how many of these I take on — booking your next available window.

[ 02 — Day 30 ]

Thirty Days After
a Content Day.

The Drive 27 finished assets — hero cut, six verticals, 20+ stills. Labeled, organized, yours.
The Ads Running on fresh footage instead of the same three recycled assets.
The Feed Looks like the brand belongs in the sport it sells to.
The Option Lock the next season window before it fills — or don't. The assets are yours either way.
[ 03 — Add-On ]

Paid Amplification

Add-on only, and only where I can see the numbers. Meta buying against the content I shot, on a base plus a percentage of the revenue lift over an agreed baseline.

It requires clean tracking on your side. If you don't have it, don't buy this yet — I'll tell you what to fix first.

[ 04 — Process ]

What Happens
After You Hit Send.

24 Hrs I reply — a straight read on fit, not an auto-responder.
20 Min One call. No deck.
48 Hrs One-page scope, fixed number.
50% Holds the date. I turn other work away for it.
[ 05 — Straight Answers ]

The Questions You're
Already Asking.

"There are no client logos on this site."

Correct. Char Media took its first brand work in 2025 and I'm not padding the wall with projects I didn't lead. That's exactly what the Content Day is for — spend one day's budget instead of a campaign's, and judge the footage instead of the logos.

"How do I know this will actually work?"

You don't, fully — nobody does before the first shoot. What you get instead: the whole process published above before you talk to me, and a guarantee on the Content Day so the downside is capped at zero. If it doesn't produce usable assets, I reshoot free.

"You're one person. Can you handle our volume?"

On-site, yes — I shoot solo by design, and it's why the day rate is what it is. Post runs through a dedicated editor. Where a shoot genuinely needs a second body, I bring one and it's in the scope. I also cap how much I take on, which is the honest reason I sometimes say no.

"What do we actually own?"

The finals, outright, in perpetuity, all placements. Raw footage available on request. I keep the right to show the work in my own portfolio — if your launch is under embargo, say so and I'll hold it.

"What if we don't like the first cut?"

Two rounds of revisions are included on everything. If you need a third, we'll talk rather than invoice.

"We're not in Utah."

Neither is half of moto. Travel is billed at cost, and I'm in SoCal on scheduled windows — get on one and you split the travel with the other brands in that block.

"When do we need to book?"

Snow runs December to March. Desert runs October to May. Utah moto runs April to October. If you want footage in a season, you book before it starts, not during.

[ 06 — Free ]

Free 20-Minute
Content Consult.

No pitch. I look at what you're already posting, tell you what's working, and tell you the one thing I'd change first. If that's all you ever take from me, fine.

  • Before we talk, I record a short teardown of one thing you've posted — so the call starts with substance, not small talk
  • Straight read on whether content is even your bottleneck. Sometimes it isn't.
  • You leave with the change to make, whether or not you hire me
  • No deck, no follow-up sequence, no pressure

Five a month. I record the teardowns myself, so that's the real ceiling.

I'll look at this before the call — it's what the teardown is built from.

Two Ways to Start

Cheap, or Free.

Book a Content Day and judge the footage. Or take the free consult first — I'll tell you what I'd change whether or not you ever hire me.
